Terms and Conditions (T&C)

The owner of the platform www.louco.app and the associated mobile applications ("App" & "Web") is Louco Event Media GmbH, headquartered in Frankfurt am Main. The registered business address is Berliner Straße 300b, 63065 Offenbach am Main, Germany.

Louco is a digital platform that allows Private Users to discover, book, and share events based on their interests. It uses advanced analytics and recommendation systems to display personalized content based on user behavior, lifestyle, and location data. Simultaneously, Louco provides Creators with a scalable solution for promotion, ticket sales, and community engagement.

Louco's services include the website www.louco.app, all associated subdomains, mobile apps, APIs, and country-specific versions (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services"). Events can be created, promoted, and sold via third-party systems (e.g., Weeztix). Louco provides tools to both Private Users and Creators, including optional paid features (e.g., Boostings or Subscriptions).

These terms govern the use of the Louco Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and enter into a legally binding agreement with Louco Event Media GmbH.

Louco grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform features, including:

The platform can be accessed via mobile app or web. Louco reserves the right to modify or disable content or features at any time.

Louco is not the Creator of events. Each Creator is the contractual partner of the Private User. Louco only provides the technical infrastructure. Louco also collaborates with selected affiliate partners (e.g., Eventim, Ticketmaster, Reservix, myticket.de). In such cases, event data is integrated via APIs, but the ticket purchase occurs externally on the respective partner platform. Users are automatically redirected. Only the terms and privacy policies of the partner platforms apply. Louco assumes no liability for bookings, refunds, or contracts made on those sites.

Ticket sales and payouts are handled via Weeztix. Each ticket sold incurs a 5% fee on the ticket price plus €0.50 net. Louco receives 2% and €0.25 net per ticket sold.

Paid platform features (e.g., Boosting, Subscriptions) are processed via Stripe.

Louco does not manage customer payments for ticket purchases and accepts no responsibility for cancellations or payment issues.

Louco does not offer any refunds, cancellations, or rebookings of tickets. All ticket sales are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Weeztix), who are also responsible for the payment processing. Any refund requests must be handled according to the Creator's terms and the policies of the ticketing provider.

Users must contact the relevant Creator or platform directly for refund-related concerns. Louco is not responsible for refund handling, communication, or decisions. See also: https://weeztix.com/ticket-buyer-terms

Account creation is free.

Prices are transparently displayed before any purchase. When subscribing to a paid plan, Creators receive a free one-month trial. If not canceled, the subscription renews automatically and becomes chargeable.

Token System

Creators earn tokens for successful referrals (when a referred Creator publishes an event).

1 token = €1 (non-cashable), redeemable exclusively on Louco for paid features.

No payout or transfer to third parties possible. Subject to change.

All content (texts, images, videos, etc.) is protected by copyright. Use is only permitted within the platform. Commercial use or reuse without written consent is prohibited.

By uploading content, you grant Louco a simple, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license – for storage, editing, marketing, and publication. Ownership remains with you.

You warrant that your content does not infringe the rights of third parties. Louco may remove content at any time in case of violations and may use names/logos for reference purposes.
